济南小清河河流文化生命保护的理论与实践

Theories and Practices of Protection of Cultural Life of Xiaoqing River in Jinan

以济南小清河为例,通过分析小清河的历史足迹和文化底蕴,挖掘小清河文化内涵,揭示小清河文化保护过程中存在的问题,提出梳理文脉、拓展河流文化新内涵;意向塑造,建设河流文化宣教载体;文化设计,恢复文化记忆;资源整合,大力发展文化产业;文化传承,开展积极有益的宣教活动;文化研究,成立文化研究机构等措施,旨在为我国今后更好地开发利用河流、保护河流文化,做到人与自然和谐发展提供借鉴。

Xiaoqing River was taken as an example, the history footsteps and cultural resources of Xiaoqing River were analyzed to explore Xiaoqing river culture and to reveal problems in protection of Xiaoqing river culture. Measures were proposed as the followings：to carry out culture inventory for new implications of river culture, to set development orientation for the build-up of dissemination and education of the river culture, to design the culture for restoring cultural memories;to integrate resources for developing cultural industries, to follow up the cultural heritages for positive and beneficial dissemination and education activities, and to carry out cultural studies and setup cultural research institutions, in order to lay a solid foundation for a better future exploitation and utilization of the river, protection of the river culture, and achievement of harmonious development of human and the nature.
