妊娠糖尿病母亲所生巨大儿脂代谢、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及IL-10变化

Changes of lipid metabolism,C reactive protein,interleukin-6(IL-6) and IL-10 in macrosomia of gestational diabetic mothers

目的观察妊娠糖尿病(GDM)母亲所生巨大儿脂代谢、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)变化,为临床上减少GDM对子代远期心血管疾病的风险提供理论依据。方法选取50例GDM孕妇所分娩的巨大儿作为观察组,50例同期出生的无妊娠并发症产妇所分娩的正常足月新生儿为对照组。所有新生儿于生后24小时内采血行甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、CRP、IL-10及IL-6水平检测。结果观察组新生儿TC、TG和LDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组HDLC水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组CRP、IL-6及IL-10水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论GDM母亲所生巨大儿存在脂代谢紊乱,GDM对新生儿CRP、IL-6及IL-10水平无明显影响。

Objective To explore changes of lipid metabolism,C reactive protein（CRP）,interleukin-6（IL-6）and IL-10 in macrosomia of gestational diabetic mothers,in order to provide theoretical basis for reducing the risk of long-term cardiovascular disease in the offspring of GDM.Methods Fifty macrosomia born by mothers with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected as observing group,and 50 normal full-month neonatus born by mothers without pregnancy complication served as normal control.Levels of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,CRP,IL-6and IL-10 were measured within 24 hours after birth.Results The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in observing group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.01）.HDL-C showed no significant difference between observing group and control group（P〉0.05）.Levels of CRP,IL-6and IL-10 showed no significant difference between observing group and control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Macrosomia of gestational diabetic mothers tended to develop lipid metabolism disorder,and levels of CRP,IL-6and IL-10 had no obvious change.
