脑源性神经营养因子基因甲基化在抑郁症中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脑源性神经营养因子(brain derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)作为情绪障碍的一个重要的功能候选基因,在抑郁症的发生发展中具有重要作用。环境因素通过影响BDNF基因表观遗传学修饰调控基因的转录与表达从而参与抑郁症的病理生理学机制。DNA甲基化作为最常见的表观遗传调控方式,在抑郁症的病因中占有重要角色。近年有研究发现,BDNF基因甲基化能通过调控基因的转录与表达,进而与抑郁症的患病率和发病率以及抑郁症状的严重程度有关。探讨BDNF基因甲基化在了抑郁症中的作用,很可能为研究BDNF基因在抑郁症病因机制中所扮演的角色及抑郁症的治疗提供了新的思路。
