摘要
以月桂酸和N,N-二甲基,1,3-丙二胺为原料合成月桂酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺的工业化生产过程中,会产生一定数量反应生成水。这部分生成水与过量的丙二胺形成混合物,对这部分混合物中的丙二胺再利用。这不仅降低了生产成本增加效益,而且还有效地减少废水排放和降低废水对环境的污染。
With lauric acid and N, N - dimethyl 1,3 - propylene amine synthesized from laurel amide propyl dimethyl tertiary amine in the process of industrial production, a certain amount of reaction generated water was pro- duced. The generated water was mixed with excessive propylene amine. The propylene amine could be fully recycled. Not only it reduced the production cost to increase efficiency, but also effectively reduced wastewater emissions and reduce waste water pollution to the environment.
