摘要
目的:分析 Orem 支持教育系统对肺癌化疗患者负性情绪及自我管理能力的影响。方法选择85例肺癌化疗患者,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组44例,采用 Orem 支持教育系统;对照组41例采用常规健康教育。对比两组干预前后焦虑、抑郁情绪及自我管理能力变化情况。结果干预后,观察组焦虑及抑郁评分分别为(41.55±4.81),(43.36±5.58)分,显著低于对照组(46.73±3.91),(48.22±6.10)分;观察组减轻压力、积极态度、决策及自我管理能力总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论Orem 支持教育系统对缓解肺癌化疗患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,增强患者自我管理能力均有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the effects of Orem support-education system on negative emotions and self-management capabilities of lung cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 85 cases of lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy were selected and divided into,according to random number table method,observation group with 44 cases intervened by Orem support-education system,and control group with 41 cases treated by conventional health education.Changes of anxiety,depression and self-management capabilities before and after the intervention in the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention, anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were (41 .55 ±4.81 )points and (43.36 ±5.58)points, significantly lower than (46.73 ±3.91 )points and (48.22 ±6.1 0)points in the control group;capabilities of stress reduction,positive attitude,decision-making and self-management in the observation group were all higher than that in the control group (P 〈0.05).Conclusions Orem support-education system is significant for lung cancer patients with chemotherapy in alleviating their emotions of anxiety and depression,and enhancing their self-management capabilities.
