改良式负压引流技术治疗急性坏死性筋膜炎的效果观察及护理

Effects and nursing of acute necrotizing fasciitis treated by modified vacuum drainage technique

目的：探讨改良式封闭式负压引流技术治疗坏死性筋膜炎的临床效果和护理。方法对25例急性坏死性筋膜炎患者接受改良式封闭式负压引流治疗患者进行回顾性分析。结果25例患者在治疗期间没有发生管路堵塞、脱管，手术换药次数减少，其中21例治愈出院，4例好转出院。随访3个月～1年均无复发。结论改良的封闭式负压引流技术和专业科学的护理措施在治疗坏死性筋膜炎中取得了较为满意的临床效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing of necrotizing fasciitis treated by modified vacuum sealed drainage technique.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted to 25 patients with acute necrotizing fasciitis treated by modified vacuum sealed drainage technique.Results During the treatment, no tube jam or detachment happened,and surgical dressing times were less.21 cases were cured and discharged,and 4 were improved and discharged.There was no relapse in the follow-up visit for 3 months to 1 year.Conclusions Modified vacuum sealed drainage technique and professional and scientific nursing measures have made satisfactory effects on treating necrotizing fasciitis.
