老年衰弱评估量表的研究现状

Research status of elderly frailty scales

衰弱在老年人群中较普遍，它会导致老年人跌倒、住院、残疾等不良结局，严重威胁老年人的健康，也为老年医护工作者带来巨大挑战。尽早有效筛查出衰弱的老年人，及时给予干预措施，可以避免或延缓不良结局发生。评估老年人衰弱有多种工具，本文叙述和总结了几种常用的老年衰弱评估量表，以为医护工作者有效地评估老年人衰弱状况提供选择和参考。

Frailty is prevalent in elderly population,which can lead to some adverse effects,such as fall,being in hospital and disability,threaten the health of elderly people and result in great challenges for medical workers of elderly people.Early and effective frailty screening of elderly people and timely interventions can prevent and delay adverse consequences.There are many tools to assess elderly frailty.This article describes and summarizes several scales which commonly evaluate elderly frailty in order to provide options and references for medical workers to evaluate elderly frailty effectively.
