母婴同室新生儿床旁护理模式的研究进展

Research progress of pre-bed care mode for rooming-in newborns

母婴同室新生儿床旁护理模式能提高产妇满意度、提高护理人员自律性和新生儿护理质量。随着2010年原卫生部在全国卫生系统开展“优质护理示范工程”活动，国内多家医院将新生儿床旁护理模式应用于临床实践。本文对近年来母婴同室新生儿床旁护理相关研究的现状及存在问题进行综述。

Pre-bed care for rooming-in newborns can increase the satisfaction of puerperas,self-discipline of nursing staff and quality of neonatal care.With the conduction of the activity ‘Quality nursing demonstration projects’launched by Ministry of Health of Republic of China within health systems across the country in 2010,many hospitals in our country had put neonatal pre-bed care mode into clinical practice.This article reviews the status of related research of rooming-in neonatal pre-bed care and its existing problems of that in recent years.
