护士核心能力系统化培训在护理质量管理中应用效果

Effect of systematic training in core competency of nurses on nursing quality control management

目的：了解护士核心能力系统化培训在神经内科护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法对神经内科40名护士进行以 COPA 模式为理论框架的核心能力系统化培训，对培训前后特、一级患者护理质量控制管理情况，住院患者护士工作满意度进行统计分析。结果培训后特、一级患者护理质量合格率为96．1％，高于培训前76．5％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝25．3，P ＜0．01）；住院患者对护士工作满意度评价也提高，培训前后比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论护士核心能力系统化培训能明显提高护理质量，在优质护理方面起到重要作用。

Objective To understand the results of systematic training in nurse′s core competency on nursing quality control management.Methods A total of 40 neurology nurses received the systematic core competency training which based on the framework of COPA mode.The quality control management for special nursing care and first order care and inpatients satisfaction for nursing job were statistical analysis before and after training.Results After training,the quality nursing qualified rate was 96.1% for special nursing and first order nursing,higher than 76.5% before training （χ2 =25.3,P 〈0.01 ）;the inpatient′s satisfactions for nursing job were improved,with statistical significance compared with that of before training （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Systematic training in nurses core competency can significantly improve the quality of care,so it plays an important role in quality care.
