摘要
轨道都市的建设是系统性很强的工程,如果仅从城市功能布局、轨道网络构架及体制机制建设等单个方面来研究都有失偏颇,只有将三者一并考虑,在顶层规划中提出具有统筹性的战略方案,方能建成真正意义上的轨道都市。而轨道线路和站位如何与城市产业、经济有效协同,实现轨道与城市发展的双赢,是构建轨道都市首当其冲的环节,也是传统铁路规划及城市规划所欠缺的。文章以福厦高铁项目为例,重点从新型城镇化的角度提出了综合考虑区域/城市产业发展趋势、空间发展重点、交通需求等因素进行高铁线站位选址的技术路径与方法,以期为轨道都市的建设提供一点创新性的思路。
Metro-city development is a systematic project. Only the integration of urban function, rail network, and institutional construction is achieved in top-level design can metro-city be realized. Traditional railway planning and urban planning is weak in the coordination between rail station specification and industries and economy. With Fuzhou-Xiamen high speed rail case, the paper proposes the approach of route planning and station site specification from industrial development, spatial development, transportation needs, and provides a new concept in metro-city development.
