寒地既有公共建筑形态改造与城市设计对策

我国既有公共建筑存量巨大,在经过较长时间的发展后,大多面临着改造再利用的迫切需求,而寒地既有公共建筑由于受到气候、技术的影响,出现了大量不恰当的改造现象。基于此,文章从历史文化与建筑、气候与建筑层面解析了寒地既有公共建筑的特质,并结合哈尔滨的建筑改造情况,从区域划分控制建筑风格、街区形态限定建筑体量、地域特色制约建筑表达三个层面提出了具有针对性的公共建筑形态改造设计策略,希望通过这些手段,推进寒地既有公共建筑的改造。

Many public buildings need renovation after a certain period. Public buildings are special in renovation due to climate and technology reasons. The paper analyzes the characters of public buildings from history, culture, and climate of Harbin city, puts forwards renovation strategies from three aspects： building style at regional level, building scale at street and block level, building expression with local characters.
