浅谈我国创新型青年神经外科医师培养

The creativity cultivation of Chinese young neurosurgeons

目的探讨如何培养我国青年神经外科医师创新能力。方法结合我国神经外科专科医师培养现状及我国国情、文化,以美国神经外科住院医师培养体系为例,对比我国发达国家神经外科住院医师培养差异。结果我国青年神经外科医师创新能力的欠缺与医疗发达国家形成鲜明的对比,我国青年神经外科医师综合能力的培养还有待完善,并结合我国国情探索我们自己的发展道路。结论我国青年神经外科医师创新能力的培养需要完善专科医师培养模式,全面提升人文素养,以及发展综合国力。

Objective The methods to improve the creativity of Chinese young neurosurgeons are discussed. MethodsComparing with the professional training system of USA, the methods of improving the cultivation of Chinese young neurosurgeons were discussed with focusing on the resident training system and the culture training.ResultsOf all the ability, the creativity of the young neurosurgeons was an obvious weakness comparing to that of their counterpart of developed counties. The professional training system of Chinese young neurosurgeon was yet to be improved. ConclusionThe creativity cultivation of young neurosurgeons requires a mature professional training system, a high level of humanism, and a powerful development of the nation.
