对我国高等医学教育改革的初浅思考

Reflections on the reform of higher medical education in China

目的结合我国医学教育中存在的问题,探讨新时期的高等医学教育改革办法。方法通过分析我国传统的医学教育特点,借鉴国外著名医科大学的先进经验,对我国医学教育中的人文教育、课程体系、教学方法进行分析和探讨。结果我国传统的医学教育已不能适应现代社会的要求,要更新观念,深化改革,建立新的医学教育体系。结论改革我国高等医学教育体系,强化医学人才的人文素质,提升呵护生命健康的职责;改革创新教学方式,建立以学生为中心开放式教学;构建横向课程体系,培养具有适应社会,又有强大的思考力、创新力的医学人才。

Objective The education reform based on the problems of the higher medical education in our country is discussed.MethodsBased on the characteristics of the medical education in our country, the humanistic quality, curriculum reform and teaching method were analyzed comparing with the experience of the famous medical university in America.ResultsTraditional medical education could not meet the society demands. The education reform should be carried out to establish a new system of medical education.ConclusionA thorough reform to the system of higher medical education should be carried out, so as to strengthen the humanistic quality, enhance the duty of care for the life and health of medical personnel. The teaching methods should be changed to an open teaching method with studentcentered and the horizontal course system for medical students should be established. So, the innovative medical talents with great thinking can be cultured to meet the society demand.
