摘要 针对某导弹发射装置研制和外场试验的需要,在深入分析发射装置工作原理的基础上,采用虚拟仪器技术,设计了某导弹发射装置测试系统。介绍了系统的硬件组成及测试流程,阐述了LabWindows/CVI环境下多任务实时处理、面向信号程序设计、总线监测和测试数据存储及报告生成等关键技术。测试系统现已成功应用于某型空空导弹发射装置的设计和试验中,具有自动化程度高、可靠性好、操作简单、维护方便等优点。 In order to meet the requirements of development and field test, a missile launcher test system is de- signed on the basis of analyzing working mechanism of the missile launcher, in which virtual instrument technique is adopted. The hardware composition and test flow of the system are introduced. Some key techniques, such as multitask real-time processing, signal-oriented programming, bus monitoring, data storage and test report generation under LabWindows/CVI environment are expatiated. The test system has been successfully applied to the development and experiment of a missile launcher. Application proves that the system has the advantages of easy implementation, high reliability and good operability.
