摘要
在沿海进行钻孔灌注桩施工时,采用淡水拌制泥浆会受到海水的污染,影响泥浆的性能,况且淡水资源有限,导致成本较高,如能直接采用海水拌制泥浆,可大大降低工程的难度和成本。通过大量室内试验研究,对比分析得出生物黄原胶(XC)可作为海水制备泥浆的增黏剂材料,其制备的泥浆性能指标优于其他增黏剂的效果,且成本较低。
In coastal bored pile construction, using fresh water slurry will be polluted by sea water, and affected slurry performance. Because the fresh water resource is limited, the cost of the fresh water slurry is very high, If we can use directly the sea water to mix slurry, this method can greatly reduce the difficulty and cost of the slurry. According to a lot of laboratory tests, Biological xanthan gum (XC) can be used as a viscosifier of seawater slurry, the performance of sea water slurry is better than other viscosifier, and the cost is very low.
