摘要
以北京地铁6号线西延工程廖公庄站暗挖工程为背景,针对砂卵石地层自立性较差及浅埋暗挖的自身风险,通过方案对比,确定采用二重管WSS后退式深孔注浆进行砂卵石地层超前支护,并介绍了深孔注浆的浆液材料、机具选择、注浆压力及工艺方法等,给类似工程提供一些经验和参考。
Based on the underground excavation engineering of Liaogongzhuang station on the west extension project of Beijing metro line 6, center about the uneven characteristics of the poorly-graded sand, the instable structure, the crushed gravel layer and the pebble stacking, and the own risk of the shallow tunnel. By comparison, determine to adopt the double tube WSS retreating deep hole grouting technology to pebble stratum, introduce thematerials of deep hole grouting technology, the machines , the grouting pressureand the detail process etc. Aiming at providing some experience and reference to the similar projects.
