摘要
污泥的厌氧消化处理过程在回收能源物质的同时,可杀灭病原微生物,并在一定程度上改善污泥脱水性能,真正意义上做到了污泥的合理化处理,备受业界推崇。从厌氧消化原理入手,回顾污泥厌氧消化微生物的发展历史,着重研究产酸菌、产甲烷菌及产氢菌的特征、分类及代谢途径和能源转换机理,为微生物的生长繁殖和功能发挥提供良好的条件基础,为从源头提高污泥厌氧消化的效率提供指导意义,并对污泥微生物的能源与环境应用提出期望与要求。
The anaerobic digestion process of sewage sludge can kill pathogenic microorganisms and improve the dewatering performance of sludge in a certain extent while recovering the energy substances. So the rational treatment of sludge is achieved, which is highly praised by the industry. Based on the principle of anaerobic digestion, the development history of sludge anaerobic digestion microbiology was reviewed. The characteristics, classification, metabolic pathway and energy conversion mechanism of acidogenic bacteria, methanogenic bacteria and hydrogen-producing bacteria were studied. It has provided a good basis for the microbial growth and function display, provided a reference for improving the efficiency of sludge anaerobic digestion from the source, and provided expectations and requirements for applications of microbial energy and environment.
