煤矿倾斜巷道掘进施工方法与措施

Construction methods and measures for excavation construction of inclined tunnel

由于煤矿多数煤层具有一定的倾角,分区开采时,巷道以一定倾角沿煤层布置。有时为了穿越大的断层构造,要以一定倾角布置巷道来满足采矿需要。在采区中倾斜巷道主要有采区上山和下山等。矿井倾斜巷道与平巷施工有诸多相似之处,但由于巷道有10°-25°甚至35°的倾角,倾斜巷道施工比较困难,在装岩、排矸、排水、支护等工序上都具有一些特点。本文主要研究了煤矿巷道掘进施工的下坡施工法、上坡施工法等技术问题。

Tunnel is arranged along the coal seam with certain inclination angle due to the inclination of majority of coal seams. Sometimes the tunnel should be arranged in a certain inclination in order to run across a large fault structure. The main inclined tunnel in the mining area includes uphill construction and downhill construction. There are many similarities between the inclined tunnel and construction without inclination, but inclined tunnel construction is difficult due to the inclination of 10° -25° or even 35°, and it has some features on the process of rock loading, waste lock clearing, drainage and pit supporting. This paper mainly studies the technical problems of downhill construction method and uphill construction method in tunnel excavation construction of coal mine.
