基于含风电电力系统运行可靠性的优化调度

摘要 并网型的风电为大规模风电场,通常容量都超过百兆瓦,一般由上百台甚至上千台风电机组构成。风电并网后,我国的电网环境将得到很大改善,但风电并网的可靠性优化调度却是电力企业应着重考虑的问题。风电并网新策略为,确保每时段运行可靠性不会低于不含风电时此系统的最低可靠性指标。 Grid-connected wind power is a large-scale wind farm, usually with a capacity of more than one hundred megawatts. Generally, it consists of hundreds or even thousands of wind turbines. After the wind power is connected to the grid, the grid environment in China will be greatly improved, but the operational reliability of grid-connected wind power generation is the most important consideration for the power enterprises. The new strategy of grid-connected wind power is to ensure that the reliability of the system will not be lower than the minimum reliability index of wind power.
