Based on the analysis of the problems in the incentive strategy and management method of R＆D professional talents, this paper put forward to establish the enterprise culture with scientific encouragement and overall management, improve the scientificity of talents incentive and management system, focus on material needs and spiritual needs of professional talents, and improve its incentive and management, so as to provide a reference for enhancing the quality, effectiveness and level of R＆D professional talents.
