摘要
通过分析研发专业技术人才激励策略和管理方法存在的问题,提出了建立研发专业技术人才科学激励和全面管理的企业文化,提高研发专业技术人才激励和管理体系的科学性,重视研发专业技术人才的物质需求和精神需要,持续对激励和管理研发专业技术人才体系进行完善等方法,为企业进一步激励研发专业技术人才,提升研发工作质量、效能和水平提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the problems in the incentive strategy and management method of R&D professional talents, this paper put forward to establish the enterprise culture with scientific encouragement and overall management, improve the scientificity of talents incentive and management system, focus on material needs and spiritual needs of professional talents, and improve its incentive and management, so as to provide a reference for enhancing the quality, effectiveness and level of R&D professional talents.
