摘要
研究分析了通信企业人力资源管理的问题,提出了建立通信企业人力资源管理的完整体系,优化通信企业人力资源管理岗位的设置,完善通信企业人力资源的考评体系,创新通信企业员工职业生涯管理,注重通信企业人力资源培训的效果等对策,为做好和提升通信企业人力资源管理工作提供借鉴和参考。
This paper analyzed the problems of human resource management in communication enterprises, put forward the methods of establishing a complete system of human resources management, optimizing the settings of human resources management, perfecting the evaluation system of human resources, innovating the employees' management and focusing on training effect of human resources in communication enterprises, so as to provide a reference for enhancing the level of human resources management.
