经管类应用型人才培养CBE教学模式前置因素研究——以黑龙江省为例

我国现在正在进行全面经济转型升级,黑龙江省作为农业、资源大省,经济转型也备受关注。黑龙江省对接国家"一带一路"战略,积极建设"龙江丝路带",吸引和承接产业转移,构建外向型产业体系,因此急需经管类专业人才。而应用型高校发展也需要使用CBE教学模式,实现培养"以能力为中心"的人才,培养社会和市场需要的人才。

China has now been through a comprehensive economic transformation and upgrading, and the economic transformation of Heilongjiang province is also of concern as the province with agricultural resources. Heilongjiang actively builds ＂longjiang silk road zone＂, attracts and undertakes industrial transformation, and builds export-oriented industrial system, so there is an urgent need of professional management personnel. The development of application-oriented colleges need to use CBE teaching mode to cultivate ＂capacity-centered＂ talents and talents to meet the needs of society and market.
