配电网规划存在的问题和对策

摘要 近些年,我国电力行业设计规划和建设中存在诸多问题,通常表现为设备老旧、供电网络杂乱、输电线横截面积不足、较大的供电半径、无功功率补偿欠缺、变压器容量较低、绝缘效果差以及自动化程度不高等情况,影响供电的可靠性,造成我国配电网非常薄弱,给人们的生活水平提升与我国社会经济的进步造成了严重的影响。应当根据时代的发展需要和自身的特点适时的对现有工作思路以及管理模式进行改革与创新,只有这样才能让配电网规划与项目科研管理工作越来越完善,为地方电力电网的投资与建设创造良好的外部环境。 In recent years, there are many problems in the design and construction of power industry in our country, such as old equipment, messy power supply network, insufficient cross-sectional area of transmission line, large power supply radius, lack of reactive power compensation, low transformer capacity, defective insulation effect and low degree of automation, which have affected the reliability of power supply and resulted in serious impact on the improvement of people's living standards and socio-economic progress of China. Reform and innovation should be made on the development needs of the times and their own characteristics, and it is the only way to make the distribution network planning and project management more perfect and build a favorable external environment for local power grid investment.
