起重作业通常涉及重型设备吊装,具有高危险性,对操作人员要求较高,如果培训只是在课堂里培训,难免成为"纸上谈兵",不能有效的提高员工技能,而如果直接在吊装现场进行实践操作培训则风险大、成本高,使企业难以接受。本文提出了模拟培训设施设计方案,解决了困扰现场实际操作技术培训的场地和设施这一关键技术难题,提高了起重工的培训效率和技术水准,取得了明显的培训效果。

Hoisting work usually involves heavy lifting equipment with high risk and high requirements for operator.The training would be ＂figurative＂ theory if only talked in the classroom,which can not effectively improve staff skills,but if practice training directly at the scene of the hoisting is high risk and high cost,which is hard to be accepted by enterprise.Therefore,the article designs a set of simulation training facilities,fully simulates the hoisting field training to employees.
