Decision making generally exists in economy,politics,technology and daily life,which is a kind of activities carried out in a variety of management.In the case of all the mistakes,the biggest mistake is the failure of the decision.Decision-making under uncertainty is characterized by universality and complexity,and it is also the foundation of risk based decision making.There is a lot of uncertainty in modern medicine.Especially the errors or deviations in the decision making of clinical diagnosis and treatment will result in the decrease of the medical quality and the serious damage to the body and mind of the patient,and then become the risk of conflicts between doctors and patients.Modern clinical decision making is a complex process involving psychological and social factors.We need to consider in multiple levels and factors,and to expand the level of wisdom,establish the overall concept,so as to explore the road of scientific decision-making to adapt to the complex environment of modern medicine.
