结节病患者支气管肺泡灌洗液白介素12、23、27及35水平变化研究

The Levels of Interleukin 12,23,27 and 35 in Bronchoalveolarlavage Fluid in Patients with Sarcoidosis

分析有或无临床症状的结节病患者治疗前后的支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)白介素(IL)-12、IL-23、IL-27、IL-35水平的变化情况,并观察糖皮质激素对有临床症状的结节病患者BALF中细胞因子的影响。与无临床症状组相比,有临床症状的结节病患者BALF中IL-12、IL-23、IL-27、IL-35表达水平均有升高。经过糖皮质激素的治疗后IL-12、IL-23、IL-27、IL-35表达水平显著下降。提示IL-12、IL-23、IL-27、IL-35参与结节病发生发展,可用于评估结节病治疗效果。

To investigate the changes of IL-12,IL-23,IL-27 and IL-35 in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid（BALF）who suffered from sarcoidosis with or without clinical symptoms.The effects of glucocorticoids were also evaluated in 30 patients who suffered with clinical symptoms at the same time.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After the treatment of glucocorticoids,the cytokine concentrations in the BALF from 15 patients with symptoms were markedly decreased.Therefore,IL-12,IL-23,IL-27 and IL-35 maybe play important roles in the pathogenesis of sarcoidosis,they could be helpful markers to monitor the sarcoidosis disease.
