高职护理专业学生定向培养教学模式的构建与实践

The construction and practice of the teaching mode of oriented training for higher vocational nursing students

目的总结学校、医院合作定向培养护理专业人才的实施经验。方法经医院、学校共同进行资格审查,从护理专科生中选拔符合定向培养招生条件的学生,独立设班。由学校和医院共同制订人才培养方案和教学内容,完善课程设置和师资培养。结果定向培养班学生毕业考试理论成绩平均95.23分,技能成绩93.86分,护士执业资格考试通过率为100%,合作医院留用率近90%。结论实施与医院岗位技能与素质需求相适应的定向培养教学模式,能有效促进高职护理专业人才培养目标的实现。

Objective To explore the new mode of oriented training for higher vocational nursing students cooperated by colleges and hospitals. Methods The students who meet the requirements of the oriented training were selected and entered in an independent class. The school and hospital formulated the training program,curriculum and teaching content for these students and improved teacher training. Results The average score of students in the oriented training class was 95.23 in graduation theory exam and 93.86 in skill test. The pass rate in nurse qualification examination was 100% and the employment rate by the cooperative hospital was nearly 90%. Conclusion The implementation of oriented training mode that is appropriate to the hospital job skill and quality needs can effectively promote the realization of the training target of higher vocational nursing professional.
