Sino-US relations are vital for shaping future world order which, despite the two powers 'growing competition, calls for strategic cooperation inresponse to various threats. The Obama administration adjusted foreign policy in response to the current multipolarity but faced internal and external constraints. With ongoing order construction in the Middle East, Europe and the Asia-Pacific, multiple historical and realistic factors influence the international community. Multilateral security architecture is growing in significance for the long-term peace and development of East Asia as well as for the construction of an Asia-Pacific order.
In response to multipolarity, the Obama administration has adjusted its foreign policies but still faces both internal and external constraints. In terms of the Asia-Pacific Region, Sino-US relations are of vital importance to the shaping of the future order, which calls for strategic cooperation in response to various threats despite growing competition between each other.
