手术切除联合光动力治疗眼睑基底细胞癌 被引量:2

Surgical operation combined with photodynamic therapy for the treatment of basal cell carcinoma in the eyelid

摘要 报告1例眼睑基底细胞癌。患者女,63岁。右下眼睑近睫毛根部出现扁平斑块3年余,反复破溃。皮损组织病理检查:肿瘤与表皮相连,瘤体由基底样细胞组成,呈条索状、团块状或呈囊性扩张,附着于表皮,细胞大小较一致,轻度异形,未见核分裂象,周边细胞呈栅栏状排列,囊腔内有淡蓝色黏液成分。诊断:基底细胞癌。治疗:予手术切除联合CO2激光治疗1次,光动力治疗3次,治疗后随访16个月未见复发。 A case of basal cell carcinoma in the eyelid is reported. A 63-year-old woman presented with a flat plaque around the eyelash roots of the lower eyelid, ,which repeatedly ruptured for 3 years. Histopathological examination revealed that (1)the tumor attached to the epidermis; (2)tumor was composed of unisize basaloid ceils with mild atypia and without mitotic figure, expanding in cord-like, lump or cystic structure; (3)cells surrounding the tumor were arranged in palisading pattern; (4)the cysts contained light blue mucous materials. The diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma was made. The patient was treated with the combination of surgery and carbon dioxide laser once, as well as photodynamic therapy for 3 times. No recurrence was noted during 16-month follow-up.
