面部盘状红斑狼疮2例 被引量：1

摘要 局限性盘状红斑狼疮（DLE）好发于面部,常呈蝶形,对称分布,发生于单侧面部者临床上极易误诊为其他疾病。本院诊治2例发生于单侧面部的局限性DLE,现报告如下。1病例资料例1.女,27岁。因左侧面部红斑3年余,于2015年4月29日至我科门诊就诊。患者3年前无明显诱因左侧颊部出现一红色斑片,境界清,无明显自觉症状,未经规范诊治,
