摘要
以某型号微型面包车的顶盖中间撑条为原型,运用逆向工程技术得到CAD模型。采用有限元软件Autoform对该模型进行了模拟仿真,结果表明修改后的形状成形性良好。以模拟结果为依据,设计出模具,生产出了合格产品。
Taking the middle stay of the roof of a certain type of minivan as a prototype, re- verse engineering techniques is used to get the CAD model. Numerical simulation of the model is carried out based on the finite element software Autoform. The results show that the modified shape is formed well. According to the simulation results, the die which can produce the qualified products is designed.
