摘要
通过对支架零件的冲压成形工艺分析,介绍了空间曲面类零件冲压成形的特点,设计了合理的模具结构,采用一模两件的方式来抵消成形时的侧向力,从而很好地实现产品成形。同时,介绍了该产品压形、剖切、切边冲孔及翻孔等工序模具的结构设计要点。实践证明,上述冲压工艺及模具设计能保证该支架的形状及尺寸精度,且模具制作简单,安装、维护方便,有效地提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
Through process analysis of bracket part of stamping, the stamping parts forming characteristics of space curved surface was introduced, and the rational mould structure was designed. Two pieces of a mould was adopted to offset the lateral force so as to achieve product forming. Practice has proved that the stamping process and die design can ensure the shape of the bracket and the size precision, and the mould is simple, easy to install and maintain, effectively improving the efficiency and reducing production costs.
