摘要
供氧面罩主体是供氧系统的主要组成部分,产品质量、外观形态要求高,传统模压成型效率低且产品质量差。介绍了供氧面罩主体零件压注模的设计,研究了模具体与安装附件的结构,实现了不同型号供氧面罩主体模具的标准化、通用化设计。进行了模具自带料腔和倒锥形胶口的设计,以及刀口结构余胶槽的改进设计,使多余胶料与产品零件自动分离,实现产品零件的无飞边化。生产实践证明:该模具结构自动化、通用化程度高,成型的产品零件质量高。
The oxygen mask is the main component of the oxygen supply system, which needs high product quality and appearance requirements. The efficiency of traditional molding is low and the quality of parts is poor. This paper introduces the design of rubber die for a ox- ygen mask. The die structure and the installation accessories were studied to achieve the standardization and universal die design of different sizes oxygen mask. The excess materials and parts were separated automatically by the design of the material cavity, the gate with inverted and residual glue groove with knife-edge type structure. As the result, the forming is without flash. The production practice proved the structure of the die is reasonable, auto- mation and has high generalization degree, and can producing good quality parts.
