亚洲人群UDP-葡萄糖醛酸转移酶基因多态性与药物代谢的相关性研究进展 被引量:3

Correlation Research of Pharmacokinetics and Polymorphism of UDP-glucuronosyltransferases among Asian Population

摘要 UDP-葡萄糖醛酸转移酶(UGT)是由多态性基因编码,可催化大量内源及外源化学物质的生物转化。但是其基因多态性在药物个体化治疗上的应用尚少。通过文献检索选取亚洲人群中UGT家族等位基因频率较高的酶UGT1A3,-1A4,-1A6,-1A7,1A9,UGT2B7,汇总分析UGT药动学的多态性与药物种类和UGT的基因型相关性,为基于UGT基因多态性的药物个体化治疗提供理论依据。 UDP-glucuronosyltransferases(UGT) catalyze the biotransformation of many endobiotics and xenobiotics, and are coded by polymorphic genes. However, knowledge about the effects of these polymorphisms is rarely used for the individualization of drug therapy. Information was retrieved from literature on UGT1A3,-1A4,-1A6,-1A7, 1A9, UGT2B7 enzymes, which had high allele frenquency among Asian population. The relation between pharmacokinetics and polymorphism of UGT, types of medcine and UGT genotype were analyzed. The review to clarify the potential for genotype-adjusted therapy recommendations were presented.
