The Significance of Zinc Finger Protein 512B Gene SNP Analysis,Neck Flexor Muscle Power Combined with Body Mass Index in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

摘要 肌萎缩侧索硬化是一种同时累及上、下运动神经元的进行性神经系统变性疾病。肌萎缩侧索硬化患者生存时间短,病死率高,其病因及发病机制不明确,目前尚无有效治疗方法,因此肌萎缩侧索硬化患者的预后评估成为近年来研究的热点。文中从基因水平、颈屈肌肌力、体重指数等方面进行探索,以期寻找影响预后的可靠指标,为提高肌萎缩侧索硬化患者的生活质量、延长生存时间及提供治疗方案寻找新对策。 Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by both upper and lower motor neurons to be involved. The clinical manifestation of ALS usually shows shorter life expectancy and higher mortality. The pathogenesis is not clear and there is no effctive treatment as well. Therefore, evaluation of the prognosis of the victims suffering from ALS turns to be focus of research in recent years. ZNF512 B gene SNP analysis, neck flexor muscle power, body mass index(BMI) were mostly investigated in order to determine reliable prognostic indicators and novel strategy of improving life quality, prolonging survival time and providing more effective treatment options.
