《黄帝内经》“三年化疫”理论五疫成因规律探求

Regularity exploration about three years of disease theory in the Canon of Internal Medicine

《素问·本病篇》论述的三年化疫理论,有着深厚的中医运气学背景,是中医学中不可缺少的重要理论。对三年化疫五行属性成因3种情况进行总结归纳:一是上一年"尤尚治天"的司天之气五行所胜之气五行属性相同之疫;二是有与"尤尚治天"之气的五行属性相同的五行之疫;三是与"尤尚治天"之六气五行属性相近之气,所胜之气之五行属性,即为三年化疫所成之疫的五行属性。该总结有助于中医学者更好的理解中医运气学三年化疫的理论,更好地把握三年化疫的规律。

Suwen,the disease of this three years of disease theory,background of deep of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） about and Time Space and Climate,it is the indispensable important theory of TCM. In this paper has analyzed the general character and individuality of the epidemic regularity in different years. And summarized the three kind of condition about the five elements character about three years of disease,especially about the kind of five elements attribute about the disease,one is the character of the five elements which was restrained by the climate that control the weather last year,the second kind of five elements attribute about the disease has the same character likes the six gas that control the weather,the third kind of five elements attribute about the disease has the similar five elements properties that was restrained by the climate that control the weather. It will help Chinese scholars to understand the theory of traditional Chinese medicine three years of disease,in order to better grasp the rule of three years of epidemic.
