马齿苋消渴胶囊对Wistar大鼠高血糖动物模型的影响

Purslane Diabetes Capsule on hyperglycemic animal models Wistar rats

目的研究马齿苋消渴胶囊对Wistar大鼠高血糖动物模型的影响,为马齿苋消渴胶囊进一步的临床研究提供依据。方法分别对模型组、阳性药对照组及高、中、低不同剂量给药组的高血糖Wistar大鼠,予0.72、0.36、0.18 g/kg的马齿苋消渴胶囊,连续给药4周,每周测定1次血糖、体质量,并于给药第4周后处死动物,取血测血液生化指标、血常规、血液流变学指标。结果马齿苋消渴胶囊可使Wistar大鼠高血糖动物模型血糖水平下降,与模型组比较(P<0.001、P<0.01、P<0.05),与阳性药对照组具有相似的作用。结论马齿苋消渴胶囊对Wistar大鼠高血糖动物模型具有降低血糖作用。

Objective To study the influence of Purslane Diabetes Capsule on hyperglycemic animal models wistar rats,purslane is to provide the basis for further clinical study of diabetes capsules. Methods Model group,positive control group and high,high blood sugar Wistar rats,low doses of different groups to 0. 72 g/kg,0. 36 g/kg,0. 18 g/kg of Purslane Diabetes Capsule for consecutive four weeks,measured weekly blood glucose,body weight and the animals were sacrificed in the fourth week after administration,blood test blood biochemical parameters,blood,blood rheology.Results Purslane Diabetes Capsule hyperglycemic animal models can wistar rats decreased blood glucose levels,compared with the model group,with statistically significant（ P〈0. 001,P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05）,and having a positive drug control group similar effects. Conclusion Purslane Diabetes Capsule treatment of hyperglycemic animal models wistar rats has lower blood sugar effect.
