基于因子分析法对感染性腹泻用药规律研究

Chinese medicine prescriptions in treating infectious diarrhea based on factor analysis

目的探讨感染性腹泻的中医用药特点及规律。方法计算机检索感染性腹泻中医证治文献,提取医案的中医四诊信息,经过数据标准化处理,形成感染性腹泻中医用药数据库,应用SPSS 17.0进行描述性统计及因子分析。结果共纳入文献171篇,医案243例。感染性腹泻最常用的中药为黄连、甘草、木香、白芍、白头翁等;最常用的药物种类为:清热药、补虚药、理气药等。因子分析:提取7个关键公因子(中药组合),主要属于清热燥湿解毒类药物、养阴活血类药物、行气导滞类药物及益气健脾类药物。结论感染性腹泻的临床用药当以清热解毒为当务之急;重视行血、调气及养护脾胃。治疗感染性腹泻需要针对病机综合运用多种治疗法则。

Objective To explore the rule of Chinese medicine in treating infectious diarrhea. Methods Performing a systematic search on Chinese medical literatures of infectious diarrhea,extracting TCM clinical information of medical cases. TCM database about infectious diarrhea was formed afterstandardization. Usespss17. 0 to descriptive statistics and factor analysis. Results The 171 studies and 243 medical cases were included. The most common herbs were Rhizoma Coptidis,Iquorice,Radix Aucklandiae,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Chinese pulsatilla; The most common sorts of Chinese medicines were heat-clearing drugs,Tonic drugs,qi-regulating drugs. 7 common factors extracted by factor analysis： the herbs of heat-clearing,damp-drying and detoxifying,of nourishing-yin and blood-activating,of qiactivating and of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen. Conclusion For the treatment of Infectious Diarrhea,heatclearing and detoxifying are the most important,value blood-activating and qi-activating,utilizecorrectly ＂niliuwanzhou＂and＂Harmonizing stomach and spleen＂. Chinese medicine prescriptions in treating infectious diarrhea need combinations of different therapeutic principles based on pathogenesis.
