耳穴压豆法联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛

Ear acupoint bean pressing in combined with flunarizine dihydrochloride capsule in treatment of migraine

目的探讨耳穴压豆法联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛临床疗效。方法选取160例偏头痛患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各80例,对照组口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10 mg/次,每晚1次,观察组在对照组基础上采用王不留行籽进行耳穴压豆法治疗,均治疗4周,进行效果评价。采用经颅多普勒超声诊断仪(TCD)测定治疗前后大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)、椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)变化,VAS疼痛评分进行治疗前后头痛评估。结果 2组ACA、MCA、PCA、VA、BA平均血流速度均下降,与治疗前比较,P<0.05,但观察组优于对照组,P<0.05;2组VAS评分均降低,与治疗前比较,P<0.05,但观察组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论耳穴压豆法联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊可改善脑血管血流速度,缓解偏头痛症状。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ear acupoint bean pressing in combined with flunarizine dihydrochloride capsule in the treatment of migraine. Methods A total of 160 patients with migraine were randomized into the observation group and the control group with 80 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were orally given flunarizine dihydrochloride capsule,10 mg/time,1time/every night. On this basis,the patients in the observation group were given cowherb seed for ear acupoint bean pressing. The patients in the two groups were treated for 4weeks. The efficacy was evaluated. TCD was used to detect the change of ACA,MCA,PCA,VA,and BA before and after treatment. VAS was used to evaluate the headache before and after treatment. Results The mean blood flow velocity of ACA,MCA,PCA,VA,and BA after treatment in the two groups was significantly reduced when compared with before treatment,P〈0. 05,and the reduced degree in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group,P〈0. 05. VAS score after treatment in the two groups was significantly reduced when compared with before treatment,P〈0. 05,and the reduced degree in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group,P〈0. 05. Conclusion Ear acupoint bean pressing in combined with flunarizine dihydrochloride capsule in the treatment of migraine can improve the cerebral blood flow velocity,and alleviate the migraine symptoms.
