养阴清热解毒法治疗肺癌患者EGFR-TKIs相关皮疹

Yangyin Qingre Jiedu Principle treating rash related to epithelial growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitors

目的观察养阴清热解毒法治疗表皮生长因子受体络氨酸激酶抑制剂(EGFR-TKIs)相关皮疹的临床疗效。方法 41例经病理确诊为晚期肺腺癌,接受表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂治疗后出现皮疹的患者,分为治疗组21例,对照组20例。治疗组同时采用养阴清热解毒法治疗,口服汤药早晚2次/d;对照组同时采用百多邦莫匹罗星软膏外用。10 d为1疗程,均连续用药2疗程,根据NCI-CTCAE 4.0对皮肤毒性评级,进行疗效评价。结果治疗组治疗前后皮疹分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2组比较皮疹分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率90%,对照组30%(P<0.05)。结论养阴清热解毒法能够减轻表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂引起的皮肤毒副反应。

Objective To observe the effect of Yangyin Qingre Jiedu Principle（ YYQRJDP） treating rash related to Epithelial Growth Factor Receptor-Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors. Methods Forty-one consecutive patients（ YYQRJDP group,N = 21; Bactroban group,N = 20） diagnosed phathologically as advanced lung adenocarcinoma,appearing rash related to Epithelial Growth Factor Receptor-Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors treatment and Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） syndrome combined yin deficiency and inner heat were enrolled. Patients were strictly controlled/surveyed during the entire 2-month treatment period,skin side effects by National Cancer Institute-Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events Version 4. 0（ NCI-CTCAE4. 0） were compared before and after two treatment cycles. Results Rash degree in the YYQRJDP group had significant difference after compare to before treatment（ P〈0. 05）.The rash improved significantly in the YYQRJEP group compare with the Bactroban group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Rash ＂cured ＋ effective rates＂were 90% in the YYQRJDP group versus 30% in the Bactroban group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yangyin Qingre Jiedu Principle can reduce side effects of Epithelial Growth Factor ReceptorTyrosine Kinase Inhibitors to skin.
