摘要
目的观察疏肝泻火镇静安神推拿法治疗失眠(肝郁化火型)的临床疗效。方法采用两个中心前瞻性随机对照临床试验的研究方法,对100例失眠(肝郁化火型)患者随机分为治疗组50例,采用疏肝泻火镇静安神推拿法治疗,对照组50例,采用一般的推拿方法治疗。结果治疗组总有效率98.0%,对照组总有效率76.0%,2组比较,P<0.05。结论疏肝泻火镇静安神推拿法治疗失眠(肝郁化火型),能疏肝泻火,有效改善失眠患者的睡眠质量,疗效显著。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Shuganxiehuo mind-tranquilizing massage method in the treatment of insomnia（ pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-QI type）. Methods The research used two center prospective randomized controlled clinical trials. 100 cases of insomnia（ pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-QI type） were randomly divided into the treatment group（ 50 cases）,with Shuganxiehuo mind-tranquilizing massage treatment and 50 cases in the control group,with the general massage treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 98%,which was 76% in control group. And when the groups were compared,P 0. 05. Conclusion Shuganxiehuo mind-tranquilizing massage method in the treatment of insomnia（ pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-qi type） effects significantly.
