基于数据挖掘技术探讨穴位敷贴治疗膝关节痛痹选穴与用药规律

Based on data mining technology of acupoint applicatioon therapy for knee pain

目的应用数据挖掘技术,探讨穴位敷贴治疗膝关节痛痹的选穴与用药规律,从而更好地指导临床治疗该病症的用药及选穴配伍。方法以中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普全文期刊数据库为基础,建立穴位敷贴数据库,对2005—2015年发表的145篇文献进行整理、筛选、统计、聚类分析。结果研究共纳入有效穴位18个,常用药物82味,使用频率较高的穴位分别为阿是穴、血海、膝眼、足三里等穴,使用频率较高的药物分别是红花、乳香、川乌、独活、当归等药物。结论应用数据挖掘方法可以系统总结中医方法治疗膝关节痛痹的穴位配伍与药物配伍规律,为临床提供依据。

Objective The data mining technology was applied to investigate the acupoint application the treatment of knees pain acupoint selection and medication rules,in order to better guide clinical treatment of this disease medication and acupuncture point compatibility. Methods Be based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI）,Wanfang database and VIP to establish point application database,from 2005-2015 years of 145 literatures were collected,screened,statisticed,cluster analysised. Results The study included 18 effective acupoints,82 commonly used drugs,used high frequency points are respectively Ashi,Xuehai,eye of the knee and Zusanli acupoint and a higher frequency of drugs are safflower,frankincense,Sichuan aconite root,pubescent angelica root,Chinese angelica and other drugs. Conclusion The data mining method was applied tosystem summarize the methods of traditional Chinese to treat the knees pain acupoints compatibility and the compatibility of medicines,and to provide a basis for clinical.
