在世界经济快速发展背景下,教育服务贸易在整个服务贸易领域所占的比例逐年上升。在高等教育服务贸易的发展过程中,美国、澳大利亚等西方发达国家占据了优势地位,而中国等发展中国家与其相比还处于相对的劣势地位。目前,美国、澳大利亚、韩国及东盟等国通过各种措施大力发展本国的教育服务贸易。对于我国来说,发展高等教育服务贸易不仅有助于促进我国经济迅速发展,更有助于我国与他国在教育方面的进一步交流。

With the development of world economy,the proportion of education service trade is rising year by year in the field of service trade. The United States,Australia and other Western countries occupy a dominant position,while China and other developing countries still in a relatively disadvantaged. Currently,the United,Australia,Korea and Asean countries take a variety of measures to develop the country＇s education service trade. For China,the development of higher education services trade will not only help boost the rapid development of China＇s economy,but also help to promote further alternating between China and other countries. Compared the education service trade between China and other countries,and provide basis for the further development of education service trade in China.
