超重/肥胖多囊卵巢综合征饮食疗法的研究进展

分析超重/肥胖多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的病理特征,发现饮食治疗对超重/肥胖PCOS患者有重要的治疗作用,饮食疗法对PCOS患者的人体测量学指标、生殖功能、代谢水平、心理因素等方面均有改善作用,健康合理的膳食结构是治疗超重/肥胖PCOS及预防并发症的重要手段。外国学者主要采用低热量、低碳水化合物、低脂类、低升糖指数等膳食模式,改善患者体质量和糖、脂代谢情况,进而控制内分泌紊乱状态提高促进生殖功能。在PCOS临床治疗中尤其是超重/肥胖PCOS应重视长期、规范的饮食干预。

Analyzes the pathological characteristics of overweight/obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome. It is found that dietary treatment has an important therapeutic effect on overweight/obese PCOS patients. Discuss about the diet therapy on PCOS with anthropometric indices,reproductive function,metabolism,and psychological factors and improvement. Healthy and reasonable diet structure is an important method for the treatment of overweight/obese PCOS and the prevention of complications. Some reports low calorie,low carbohydrate,low fat,low rise in sugar index dietary pattern can effectively improve in weight and glucose and lipid metabolism,and control endocrine disorder condition to enhance the promotion of reproductive function. In the clinical treatment of PCOS,especially overweight/obese PCOS should pay attention to the long-term,standardized diet intervention.
