2012年江苏省昆山市成人吸烟现况调查

Cross-sectional survey on prevalence of smoking in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province,2012

目的 调查2012年江苏省昆山市吸烟情况。方法 对江苏省昆山市18岁及以上居民采用概率比例抽样方法,进行问卷调查与体格检查。样本数据通过复杂加权后进行统计分析,吸烟相关评价指标有吸烟率、吸烟开始的年龄、吸烟年限、每天吸烟数量及吸烟指数。结果 38 425名调查对象完成了调查,通过加权后男女合计吸烟率为23.3%（95%CI：22.7%~23.7%）,男性吸烟率为46.6%（95%CI：45.8%~47.4%）,女性吸烟率为1.4%（95%CI：1.2%~1.6%）。成人戒烟率为2.2%（95%CI：2.1%~2.4%）,男性戒烟率为4.2%（95%CI：3.9%~4.5%）,女性戒烟率为0.4%（95%CI：0.3%~0.5%）。初次吸烟年龄（P〉0.05）和吸烟年限（P〉0.05）在性别方面差异无统计学意义;每天吸烟数量（P〈0.05）和吸烟指数（P〈0.05）则男性明显高于女性。结论 2012年江苏省昆山市成人吸烟在人群中较为流行,特别是40岁以上的男性人群中吸烟率较高。

Objective To examining the prevalence of smoking in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, 2012. Meth- ods Probability proportional to size （PPS） method was conducted among residents aged 18 years old or above in 2012 in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province. After being weighted according to complex sampling scheme and post-stratification, the sample was used to estimate the prevalence of smoking and 95% confidence intervals （CI）. Prevalence of smoking, age of smoking onset, time length of smoking, smoking amount per day and smoking index were used to describe smoking status. Results 38 425 adults responded to the survey, the overall prevalence of smoking was 23.3% （95% CI： 22. 7% - 23.7% ） , and the prevalence in male was 46. 6% （95% CI： 45.8% -47.4% ） and in female 1.4% （95% CI： 1.2% - 1.6% ） , respectively. The overall prevalence of successful smoking cessation was estimated to be 2. 2% （95% CI： 2. 1% -2. 4%）, while 4. 2% （95% （31： 3.9% -4. 5%） in male, and0.4% （95%CI： 0.3% -0.5%） in female. No sig- nificant difference was found among age of smoking onset （ P 〉 0. 05 ） and time length of smoking （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. While smoking amount per day （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and smoking index （ P 〈 0. 05 ） were higher in men than that in women. Conclusion This study demonstrated that the smoking is prevalent in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, especially for those aged 40 years and old in men.
