气候变化背景下陆地自然保护区管理研究综述

A Review of Research on Terrestrial Protected Area Management in the Context of Climate Change

气候变化对社会经济发展的影响逐步引起社会的广泛关注。自然保护区对气候变化的减缓和适应都起到至关重要的作用,但自然保护区减缓和适应气候变化的重要作用在国家战略和政策的制定过程中并没有得到足够的认识和认可,而且大量的研究成果在我国自然保护区管理中尚未得到推广和应用。文中从政策、方法和对策3个方面综述自然保护区减缓和适应气候变化的研究进展,并对我国陆地自然保护区今后优先发展方向提出建议。

The impact of climate change on social and economic development has gradually attracted wide social concerns. Nature reserves play a critical role in the mitigation and adaption of climate change, but the important role of protected area in this regard hasn＇ t been sufficiently recognized in the national strategies and policies. Moreover, most of the research findings have few been used and promoted in China. The paper described the research on the role of nature reserves in climate change mitigation and adaptation in terms of policy, method and countermeasures, and also came up with suggestions on the priority development of territorial nature reserves in the future.
