摘要
对航空电子设备腐蚀因素进行了分析,为腐蚀防护设计提供了依据和基础。根据航空电子设备的腐蚀失效问题、原防护体系类型及服役环境特点,从多个角度来分析腐蚀因素,如外部介质侵入、内部液体泄漏、设备结构上的薄弱环节等,详细描述了各个因素对航空电子设备的腐蚀影响。由于使用环境恶劣等原因,腐蚀介质会从多个途径侵入到航空电子设备的内部并严重影响其性能。为改善新设计或服役中航空电子设备的可靠性和可维修性,必须从根源上隔断腐蚀源头,无论是减轻环境的影响,还是加强结构设计的完整性。
To analyze the corrosion factors of avionics and provide basis and foundation for corrosion protection design. According to corrosion failures, original protecting system type and service environmental features of avionics, corrosion factors were analyzed from many ways such as attacks of external airframe medium, leakage of interior airframe fluids or vulnerabilities of equipment structure. And then the influence of the above corrosion factors on avionics were described in details. Due to the bad operation environment and other reasons, corrosion fluids would attack the avionics from many ways and seriously affect its performance. To improve reliability and maintainability of new design and in-service avionics, root of corrosion must be isolated, either to reduce the environmental impact or to strengthen the integrity of the structure design.
