摘要
以含镉铟高氯的氧化锌为原料,开展了有效脱除氧化锌中有害元素氟、氯和铊,并综合回收有价金属锌、镉、铟研究。结果表明,经两段洗涤,氟、氯和铊的脱除率分别在89.6%以上、90%以上和80%左右,洗液经硫化钠沉铊得到回收;两段浸出,锌的浸出回收率可高达98%;中浸液经锌粉置换沉镉,所得海绵镉含镉87%以上,镉直收率可高达95%以上;铟的总回收率可达90%。
Using zinc oxide containing cadmium, indium, high chlorine as raw material, it carried out effective removal of harmful fluorine, chlorine and thallium from the zinc oxide, at the same time, comprehensively recoveried valuable metals zinc, cadmium and indium.
