摘要
介绍了回转窑处理锌浸出渣系统的各生产工序,结合实际生产和工程设计经验,配料系统宜采用减压仓和湿式圆盘给料机,回转窑挥发系统需控制好反应温度,供风系统风压宜选择0.1~0.12MPa,烟气脱硫系统应充分考虑烟气量和温度波动的影响。
This artical introduces the production process of zinc leaching residue by rotary kiln. Combined with the actual production and engineering design experience, batching system should adopt the decompression chamber and wet disc feeder, rotary kiln volatilization system should control the reaction temperature, the supply air system pressure should choose 0. 1 - 0. 12 MPa, and flue gas desulfurization system should fully consider the influence of flue gas quantity and temperature fluctuations.
