摘要
介绍了不同氧含量对钽粉电性能的影响,重点分析了钽粉在不同贮存条件下氧含量的变化及对电性能的影响,并提出了钽粉放置贮存的措施。
The influence of oxygen content on the electrical properties of tantalum powder is described. The impact of changes in the oxygen content of tantalum powder under different storage conditions on the electrical properties of tantalum powder is analysed. And the condition that tantalum powder to place and storage has been found.
